The Well School Graduate Scheme
Our sister company The Well School has some truly amazing students and consequently, amazing qualified therapists.
We wondered how we could help massage / aromatherapy graduates move from their studies into the wellbeing world and so decided to launch a graduate mentorship programme.
Our graduate will be offering our female clients reduced cost but still excellent standard treatments on Friday and Saturday mornings from The Well Retreat.
Every graduate will be with us for 200 clinic hours as they learn, develop and receive mentorship with a our team of massage tutors with a combined 50 years worth of massage hours.
We will nurture and guide our graduates and with support from our mentors watch the whole team flourish in their gifting.

There will also be ear candling treatments, seasonal treatments, Indian head massage, rejuvenating facials and more in the near future.
