Description

Come and join us for an afternoon of yoga in the warmth and welcome of The Well Retreat instructors.

We are offering two afternoon classes with different styles of yoga.

On Tuesdays we offer a wonderful Hatha yoga class with Nicole at 1.30pm-2.30pm. Hatha yoga is a series of postures, combining breath work to bring peace to mind and body.

On Fridays Debi will be offering an Ashtanga Vinyasa class which will synchronise breath with movement and draw attention to the energy of the body. This type of yoga develops strength as well as flexibility, and Debi’s own mindful style brings peace and tranquility to all that attend.
