Come and join us for an afternoon of yoga in the warmth and welcome of The Well Retreat instructor.

On Tuesday afternoons, our lovely instructor Nicole will be offering a Hatha class for people of all levels from beginners to the more experienced with adaptations offered to ensure movement for everyone.

On Fridays Debi will be offering an Hatha Yoga class which will synchronise breath with movement and draw attention to the energy of the body. This type of yoga develops strength as well as flexibility, and Debi’s own mindful style brings peace and tranquility to all that attend.
