Tai Chi Weekend Workshop and Classes


Being an Acupuncturist for a number of years Owen realised probably 9 out of 10 of his patients suffered with symptoms of stress and would benefit from practising Tai Chi. Knowing how it helps reduce his own stress and improve his well-being, but not able to find somewhere suitable to send them, he then trained and certificated in the renowned Tai Chi for Health forms of Tai Chi so he could teach its benefits where needed.

Weekly Class

Friday mornings 11am-12pm. This will be a 5 week course starting on Friday 26th April 2019.

Forgot to learn an OFF SWITCH for your busy mind? Never able to find TIME FOR YOURSELF?

We invite you to reconnect to yourself, slow down your hectic life, to exist only in the moment. Find peace and serenity within the Jing of your breath and movement.

Within Tai Chi the slow, gentle movements and rhythmic breathing help build strength in body and quieten the mind allowing us to be more effective in our day to day life.

During this workshop we will stretch and warm up and reconnect with your breath while we get a feel for our balance and ground ourselves to the earth. Thus prepared we will explore a deeper understanding of Tai Chi by finding stillness within it’s gentle movements.

The space will be warm and welcoming and the session will be calm and relaxing. Come and find your serenity
