Sunday Slow Yoga
What a wonderful way to wake up on a beautiful (we hope!) spring Sunday morning to a gentle Hatha yoga class. Our yoga teacher Nicole will put together a relaxing and peaceful class that will be suitable for beginners to more advanced students.

This class will focus on stretches and classic yoga postures to help wake up the body. There will be time at the beginning and the end for relaxation and breathing exercises. There will be also quotes and poems to ease your mind and if you want a massage at the end she can offer that too!
