Join Sarah, our mindfulness instructor, for a truly indulgent evening of relaxation and mindful movement.
We will draw you away from the outside world with soft lighting, beautiful aromatics and cosy blankets. Your session will begin with some breathwork to establish the mind and body connection and invite tension to leave.
Come in your pyjamas or loungewear. Bring a teddy bear and a hot water bottle if you would like; we want you rested and comfortable.
