Community Classes – Free Taster
Come and meet the instructors at the Well Retreat.
We invite you to come and try our classes to see if you would like to join in. These are free to those that haven’t been to any of our classes or would like to try something new.
We are a very friendly team of instructors, highly trained, passionate about our subject and would love to welcome more people in to benefit from what we have to offer.

If you have not ventured into one of our classes yet but would like to try a new hobby, a new exercise class or just give something a try then this is the perfect opportunity.
Our passionate and highly experienced instructors are running free taster sessions ahead of the new term to give you an opportunity to meet them, sample a class and decide if this is something you would like to add to your 2019 self-care plan.

Mum & Baby Fitness with Christine – Tuesday 8th January 9.30am-10.30am
Singing Group with Paula – Wednesday 9th January 7.15pm-9.15pm
