Our promise to you is to provide a variety of classes that are fun, challenging and motivating! We will move through a traditional Mat flow, taking all we learn from the genius of Joseph Pilates and his movement method but adding in creative adaptations more suited to our 21st century bodies. These classes will test your strength, control, coordination and help you fall in love with your moving body.
Classes may develop around a theme such as hip opening or may highlight areas that need a little extra attention such as the feet, oh how we love to work with the feet. We may use props such as the circle, bands, weights or pilates soft balls.
What we offer is a full body workout, harnessing the power of the breath to move and to release, finally rewarding you with relaxation, visualisation, music and relaxing essential oils at the end of each and every class.
