Sports Massage.

Johnathan is a seasoned osteopath and sports massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for the human body’s mechanics and movement. He embarked on his journey by studying exercise physiology at Coventry University, where he earned his degree in 2005. His professional path led him to roles as an exercise physiologist in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise referral at the prestigious John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Not content with stopping there, Johnathan has been a dedicated personal trainer since 2005. He holds an ITEC level 3 diploma in sports massage and is actively pursuing a UKSCA strength and conditioning qualification, constantly expanding his expertise in sports, exercise, and physiology.

In 2007, he ventured to New Zealand, where he not only engaged in sports science lecturing but also immersed himself in the world of rugby. This passion for rugby took him on an eight-year adventure playing and coaching professionally in Spain, affording him the opportunity to represent Spain with 8 international rugby caps. In 2015, he returned to England, where he continued his rugby journey, both as a player and coach, until his retirement in 2017. More recently, he has been contributing to the Hungarian Rugby Union on the coaching front.

Johnathan’s commitment to lifelong learning is evident as he recently completed a comprehensive 5-year degree in Osteopathy. Now, he’s looking forward to spending quality time with his young family, rekindling his passion for Crossfit, returning to the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mat, and embracing any physical challenge that comes his way.
