Our appointments will include a thorough consultation including a postural assessment, skin analysis, medical history and lifestyle questions which allow us to draw from over 80 essential oils, carrier oils and hydrolats to create a bespoke wellness plan to suit your needs whether that may be for eczema, menopausal symptoms, anxiety, insomnia, exam stress, grief, lower back pain, painful periods or something else.Â
